Although this is advanced, you can work-out with it even if you are a beginner. It’s just a matter of pacing yourself and not setting unrealistic goals.

Honestly, I haven’t lost much inches but I feel lighter and happier within. This is just an eight-minute work-out; it’s better than none.

A beginner may complete this routine within a time-frame of 12-20 minutes. Don’t force yourself to keep up with them, just enjoy the ride. It’s worth it!
