Too fat to workout?

#Fatigue is a common #symptom of #PCOS but a #girl still has to #exercise to manage her symptoms.


I have been working put since my last post except for yesterday. I am finding Insanity too difficult. I’ve been getting tired easily and can’t even complete the whole workout. It seems like I don’t have any energy left in me. So I am gonna start with something easier from tomorrow. Maybe Hip Hop abs by Shaun T. My eczema itching is less. I will check my weight at the end of 3 weeks. As of now I weigh 172 lbs. I haven’t fixed a goal weight yet. I just want to be healthy and look good. And fit in old clothes! Who doesn’t want that? Well I’ll update in a few days again.
